Reusable Pallet Boxes
Our reusable pallet boxes are designed to enhance the circulating efficiency in the logistics loop, meanwhile reducing the costs and negative effects on the environment. The reusable pallet boxes are quite lightweight yet super durable, and easy to store and assemble.
The foldable large containers are composed of three parts, the lid, the sleeve pack, and the pallet, of which the lid and the pallet are made from twin-wall HDPE solid plastic sheets, and the sleeves are made from PP honeycomb panels, also known as bubble guard board.

Sleeve Packs
The sleeve packs are usually used with the lids and pallets. The sleeve is made with high rigidity PP honeycomb panels, also called bubble guard board, which provides superior functionality of high-impact and weather resistance during the storage and transport loop. Our sleeve pack lifespan can be up to 10 years and it’s 100% recyclable.

Dunnage & Fittings
The dunnage and fittings are essential and critical for the foldable large containers in both storage and transport loop, they provide unmatchable protection to the products inside. We use different materials to make the dunnages and fittings, such as Non-woven fabric, EVA foam, Coroplast sheet, bubble guard board, etc.
